Supply Chain Administrator

We're looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Support Administrator to assist with the smooth flow of materials and products across our operation. You'll play a key role in managing stock, processing orders, and keeping suppliers, carriers, and internal teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, deliveries, and inventory levels * Update ERP systems (SAP or similar) and produce supply chain reports * Track inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies * Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices * Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams * Support continuous improvement and help streamline processes
What We're Looking For * Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations administration * Strong attention to detail and confident with data and documentation * Experience in Microsoft (Teams and Excel is essential) * Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities * Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
24,000 - 26,000 annual Starting temp initially for 6 months with potential for ongoing Full time Monday to Friday office hours
