About the roleWe’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our Supply Chain & Planning team with stock management, reporting, and supplier coordination. This role is essential in helping us meet customer demand and deliver great service to our Scout community.
As our Supply Chain Assistant, Key responsibilities are:
Creating purchase orders and managing stock intake to meet delivery timelines
Producing and analysing weekly sales and stock reports to inform trading decisions
Communicating with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to manage supply flow
Maintaining accurate product and order data within our systems
Supporting new product launches and ensuring alignment with the trading calendar
Taking ownership of select product categories to help achieve commercial targets
What we are looking for in our Supply Chain Assistant:
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel
Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
Clear communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience in a stock, supply chain, or planning role
