Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team. This is a temp to perm opportunity, ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills looking for long-term stability. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 1-hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week) Pay Rate £12.82ph Responsibilities Taking customer orders via telephone and email Processing orders using Sage Booking transport with third-party haulage companies Answering incoming calls and supporting customer enquiries Preparing delivery notes for deliveries and collections Liaising with the operations team regarding production schedules Welcoming visitors to site and conducting inductions Handling customer queries and resolving any issues or complaints What You'll Need Previous experience in customer service and administration Confident using systems such as Sage (or similar) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers and visitors Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Own transport due to loca...
