⭐️ Supply Chain Executive

London (Hybrid 3x)

£35,000 to £40,000 + 15% Bonus

Our client is a rapidly growing drinks SME, that is both a BCorp and Carbon Neutral. Sustainability is at the heart of what they do. Having grown over +400% in the last 2y and with major listings across grocery retail they are looking to add a Supply Chain Exec to help support their ambitious future.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Inventory Management – Oversee day-to-day operations with our 3PL partner, coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, manage inventory within ‘Unleashed’, and ensure accurate SKU and cost data.
• Logistics Coordination – Book and manage domestic and international shipments (road, sea, air), resolve delays, and ensure OTIF deliveries to customers.
• Supplier & Production Support – Liaise with up to 30 suppliers, place purchase orders for raw materials, monitor delivery dates, quantities, and minimum shelf life.
• Customer & Order Management – Handle delivery issues, disputes, credit notes, and ensure key accounts are managed with professionalism.
• Compliance & Documentation – Prepare export/customs paperwork and maintain accurate records for orders, invoices, and stock.

• Salary: £35,000 to £40,000

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

• 1–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (FMCG experience an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confident in Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP level) and ideally experienced in inventory management systems (Unleashed a plus).
• Strong communicator with ability to manage supplier and customer relationships.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset; thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Passion for sustainability and aligned with B Corp values.
