London (Hybrid 3x)

£35,000 to £36,000 + Perks

Our client is an innovation-driven chilled food brand shaking up their category and bringing in new shoppers through a disruptive product range. This is the 2nd venture from one of FMCG’s most successful founders, now scaling at pace and listed in every major UK grocer. They’re looking for someone to support their most critical function.

Role & Responsibilities:

Stock & System Control

• Own EU → UK stock flow, receipting & variance reconciliation
• Raise POs and maintain factory service level accuracy

Sales & Forecast Visibility

• Drive daily sales reporting & short-term forecast alignment
• Consolidate EDI, retailer forecasts & stock data into one clear view

⚠️ Service Performance & Escalation

• Lead daily supply issue resolution across warehouse & customers
• Track OTIF and close service gaps with major retailers

Reporting & Insight

• Deliver weekly service performance reporting to leadership
• Identify root causes and drive corrective action

Cross-Functional Impact

• Coordinate with Technical, Planning & Logistics to protect supply continuity

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

• 1y+ experience in supply chain / logistics / operations coordination
• Strong analytical skills, you will need intermediate excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup etc).
• Understanding of stock control, POs & goods receipting processes
• Exposure to retailer service levels / OTIF performance
• Confident communicator, able to manage escalations & stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
