Our client is a leading UK food production company, they have seen significant growth and are focused on maintaining excellence across its operations. They are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement where team members are encouraged to grow. They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain. As they Supply Chain Manager you will ensure the timely flow of goods from suppliers to production. You will lead a team and drive efficiency, directly contributing to the company's operational success and high standards of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor and expedite deliveries, resolving any delays promptly. Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers. Identify and mitigate potential risks to material supply. Forecast stock needs and manage product shelf life. Support new product development with ingredient implementation. Manage the phase-out of delisted product materials. Coach and mentor team members for professional growth. Requirements Significant experience in a fast-paced supply chain management role. A background in food production or manufacturing is . Proven experience in leading and developing a team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great organisational skills to manage multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 3 times per week in their office in North London.
