Help scale a premium challenger brand.

Supply Chain Manager – Chilled Desserts

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (minimum 2 days in the office)

Reporting to: Customer Supply Chain & Revenue Manager / Head of Sales

Start Date: ASAP

Pots & Co is an ambitious, fast-growing British dessert brand with strong retail momentum and big growth plans. At Pots & Co, we create exceptional, restaurant-quality desserts using authentic British recipes and high-quality ingredients.

As we continue to scale across retail, foodservice and online, we’re now looking for a commercially sharp, ambitious, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain and help us scale with control, discipline and energy and help build the next phase of our growth.

This is not a corporate maintenance role. It’s a build, improve and drive role.

The Role

You will own forecasting, customer supply, operational performance and analysis, and input into production planning - ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our retail partners while protecting margin and cash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales forecasting in partnership with the commercial and operations team
  • Drive accurate demand planning and stock management
  • Own/input into customer supply performance and retailer OTIF
  • Build strong supply-side relationships with co-manufacturing partners
  • Manage inventory, working capital and slow-moving risk
  • Lead S&OP and align Sales, Finance and Operations
  • Support seamless NPD and promotional launches
  • Identify risk early and implement practical solutions fast

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong confident and highly effective communicator across all key stakehlolders
  • Proven FMCG supply chain and logistics experience and understanding (food preferred, chilled useful)
  • Strong sales forecasting capability
  • Experience managing supply into major UK retailers and foodservice operators
  • Commercial mindset with strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Comfortable owning data, building models and challenging assumptions
  • Relationship-led — confident working cross-functionally and with customers
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on and solutions-driven
  • Excited by the pace and accountability of a growing SME
  • Contingency and mitigation planner, with strong risk/crisis management skills and a good negotiator!

Why Join Us?

  • Genuine ownership and autonomy
  • Direct impact on retailer performance and profitability
  • Opportunity to shape systems and processes as we scale
  • Collaborative, ambitious and entrepreneurial culture
