Supply Chain Manager (End-to-End)

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

We’re recruiting for a fast-growing food business built on a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) foundation, now scaling rapidly into retail and expanding across Europe. Our mission is simple: create exceptional products, build a loved brand, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across every channel.

They're entering an exciting phase of growth — increasing production, launching into new retailers, and building a pan-European footprint. To support this, we’re looking for a highly capable Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain.

The Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own and optimise the entire supply chain — from sourcing and production through to warehousing, fulfilment, and retail distribution.

You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to build a scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient supply chain that supports rapid growth across DTC, retail, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership

• Take full responsibility for the supply chain: procurement, production, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
• Ensure seamless operations across DTC and retail channels

Production & Supplier Management

• Manage co-packers, manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times
• Ensure consistent product quality and supply continuity

Demand Planning & Inventory

• Own forecasting across DTC, retail, and international markets
• Optimise stock levels to balance availability and working capital
• Reduce waste, write-offs, and stockouts

Logistics & Fulfilment

• Oversee 3PLs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
• Build scalable processes for retail distribution and European expansion
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping

Retail & Expansion Readiness

• Support onboarding into major retailers
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements and SLAs
• Build infrastructure for multi-country operations (customs, VAT, regulatory considerations)

Systems & Process Optimisation

• Improve supply chain systems, reporting, and data visibility
• Implement best-in-class processes as we scale
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager (or similar) role within FMCG / food / DTC brands
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
• Experience scaling from DTC into retail (highly desirable)
• Exposure to international / European expansion
• Experience managing co-packers, 3PLs, and suppliers
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical and comfortable working with data, forecasting, and planning tools
• Hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
