£40,000 -£50,000 + bonus + stock options

This is an exciting opportunity to join a category‑defining team obsessed with operational excellence, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement.


As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end supply chain execution from forecasting and supplier management through to freight, logistics, and inventory health. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring products are always available, costs are optimised, and the supply chain scales smoothly with the brand’s rapid growth.


What will you be doing?

You’ll own the operational heartbeat of the supply chain across D2C and Retail channels, building robust forecasts, managing global suppliers, coordinating freight from Asia, and ensuring stock lands smoothly into the 3PL.


This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where accuracy, communication, and proactive problem‑solving are essential. Expect autonomy, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape world‑class supply chain processes in a fast‑growing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Owning demand forecasting across all channels, incorporating sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and NPD.

⭐ Building and maintaining supply plans, aligning production capacity, lead times, and shipping schedules.

⭐ Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, creation, placement, tracking, amendments, and closure.

⭐ Acting as the primary operational contact for suppliers across Thailand, Vietnam, and future regions.

⭐ Monitoring supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness) and driving improvements.

⭐ Coordinating inbound freight (ocean, air, road) and managing freight forwarder relationships.

⭐ Owning customs documentation and ensuring full import compliance.

⭐ Liaising daily with the 3PL, ensuring accurate goods‑in, inventory accuracy, and smooth operational flow.

⭐ Managing stock availability, identifying risks early and avoiding stock-outs or excess.

⭐ Tracking landed costs and supporting cost reviews and optimisation initiatives.

⭐ Producing weekly operational reports across POs, shipments, supplier performance, and inventory health.

⭐ Driving continuous process improvement across tools, documentation, workflows, and reporting.


What skills do you need to have?

⭐️ 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement (FMCG or food/pet food ideal).

⭐️ Demonstrable experience in demand & supply planning with strong forecasting capability.

⭐️ Experience working with international suppliers and understanding import/customs.

⭐️ Strong excel/sheets skills and high comfort working with data and timelines.

⭐️ Experience with freight coordination (ocean and air).

⭐️ Highly organised, proactive, and process‑driven

⭐️ Excellent communicator who escalates risks early and solves problems before they escalate.
