Job Description
Supply Chain Planner\n\nAre you looking to take the next step in your supply chain career? This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you'll help ensure products reach customers at the right time, in the right place and at the right cost.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou'll be responsible for managing the full claims process for UK and export markets, ensuring shortages and overs are logged, investigated and resolved within agreed timelines. Alongside this, you'll oversee a portfolio of products through the supply chain, from planning and collection through to delivery, keeping operations running smoothly and supporting on-sale compliance.\n\nThis role has a strong relationship focus.
You'll work closely with, suppliers and carriers, as well as internal teams, to maintain excellent communication, resolve issues and identify opportunities to reduce cost and add value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the end-to-end UK and export claims process\n\nSupport and occasionally cover wholesale operational duties, including on-sale compliance reporting and invoice queries\n\nPlan and coordinate the movement of titles from production to wholesale delivery\n\nBuild strong day-to-day relationships with publishers, carriers and internal stakeholders\n\nCommunicate clearly around delays, performance issues, unplanned costs and remedial actions\n\nWork cross-functionally, sharing best practice and gaining insight into operational processes\n\nAct as the operational link between carriers and internal teams\n\nKnowledge & Experience\n\nSolid understanding of supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG\n\nCommercial awareness and sound judgement\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nConfident communicator with strong relationship-building skills\n\nHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines\n\nCalm under pressure, attentive to detail and solutions-focused\n\nPersuasive, tenacious and comfortable problem-solving\n\nTeam-oriented and flexible in approach\n\nBenefits:\n\nGreat onsite facilities including a gym and cafe\n25 days annual leave (with the option of purchasing more)\nHealthcare\nVarious insurances, including travel and dental\nVolunteering days\nExcellent development opportunities\nand much moreIf you're motivated by keeping a supply chain running efficiently and enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders, this role offers a varied and rewarding next step. \n\nHuntress does not discriminate on the grounds of , , , , creed or sexual and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
