Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across East London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, day-to-day work in the education sector. Role: Supply Supervisor Location: East London Secondary Schools Type: Day-to-Day Work Salary: £140 - £170StartDate: Immediate Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
• Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
