Exciting opportunity for an experienced SUPPLY PLANNER to support in the successful and smooth running of all Supply Chain activities for a luxury beauty brand.  The successful person will work collaboratively across the wider team to effectively meet timelines and ensure the most cost effective solutions are in place to meet the business goals.

Duties will include ( but are not limited to):

• Support in the purchasing of stock with global suppliers
\n\t
• Support in the negotiations of costs, MOQ’s and lead times
\n\t
• Maintain and develop relationships, communicating daily with global contract manufacturers, suppliers etc.
\n\t
• Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers throughout the ordering process
\n\t
• Produce a weekly stock report
\n\t
• Manage an import shipping schedule
\n\t
• Resolve the root-cause problems relating to production, logistics, imports and exports and customs clearance
\n\t
• Support in the arranging of freight for all stock transfers
\n\t
• Work closely with internal teams
\n
