Are you a caring and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Supply SEN TAs to support a welcoming specialist SEN school in Kingston upon Thames.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a well-resourced setting supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Speech & Language needs.

The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher with delivering tailored learning activities Support pupils’ communication, social and emotional development Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour strategies Promote a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment Flexible daily and short-term supply opportunities available‍ The School

You will be working in a supportive specialist environment within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, where several dedicated special schools provide education for pupils with complex needs.

The school prides itself on strong teamwork, excellent SEN practice, and a nurturing approach to learning.
