Local schools are looking for reliable and adaptable supply teachers who can step into a range of year groups as needed. Opportunities vary from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, with both full-time and part-time options available depending on your availability.

Your new role

• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that maintain continuity of learning across different classes and key stages.
• Adapting quickly to new environments and following school policies, routines and planning where provided.
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, ensuring all children remain focused, motivated and on track.
• Managing behaviour confidently and maintaining a positive, purposeful classroom atmosphere.
• Contributing to the wider school community by modelling professionalism, flexibility and a proactive approach.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching across one or more primary year groups, with the confidence to step into different classes at short notice.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
• Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality teaching with limited preparation time.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, dependable working style.
