The Role

• Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials across a range of subjects and year groups
• Maintaining a focused and positive learning environment for students
• Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with each school's behaviour policy
• Quickly adapting to new classrooms and school settings
• Ensuring students remain engaged with the work set by their usual teacher
• Providing brief feedback to school staff at the end of the lesson or day

We Are Looking For Candidates Who

• Hold QTS or QTLS, or have significant teaching experience
• Are confident managing classrooms and engaging students
• Can adapt quickly to new school environments and teaching situations
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Are open to teaching across different subjects or within their area of expertise
