We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team in Hatfield. This role is essential in ensuring continuity in students' education when their regular teachers are unavailable. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic progress. What You'll Be Doing: Delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure students remain on track with their learning. Creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters student participation. Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment. Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and School Administrators to uphold school policies and student well-being. Supervising students not only in the classroom but also during break times and other school activities. Administering tests, quizzes, and assignments, ensuring that students' work is collected and organised efficiently.
