About the Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for education are key to success in this role.
The Ideal Candidate Experience
* The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
* Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
