Day to Day of the Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
• Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class and promote inclusive education.
• Manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and conducive learning atmosphere.
• Encourage student participation and facilitate academic growth.
• Collaborate with school staff and maintain clear communication with school leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to teach various subjects and age groups with flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
• Possession of a DBS on the update service is required.
• Having a driver’s license is desirable due to the location of some schools.
