What you'll be doing:

Covering lessons during PPA or staff absence - delivering prepared plans Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Leading small group interventions or whole-class activities Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning environment Working closely with class teachers and other support staff to ensure continuity for pupilsWhat we're looking for:
