About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Abergele. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work within education, whether you are experienced or looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Assist with classroom management and behaviour
Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
Provide support to pupils with additional learning needs
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible and positive attitude
Ability to adapt to different school environments
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
