Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant (KS1 & KS2) Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day Contract Type: Day-to-Day, Short-Term, Long-Term, Part-time Simply Education is recruiting dedicated and flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in primary schools across the Lincoln area. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about helping children learn and thrive, while enjoying the flexibility of supply work. Responsibilities: Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of pupils
Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a focused classroom environment
Assist pupils with additional learning needs where required
Contribute to pupils' progress, development, and wellbeing
Requirements: Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable and proactive
A genuine passion for supporting children's education
