Chef Manager Term Time Only (Multi-Site Role) £35,000 per year + Mileage We are recruiting for an experienced and adaptable Chef Manager to support a group of 16 schools across a London-based contract (within the M25). This is a term-time focused role offering a strong work-life balance, with no weekend or evening work. The Role Oversee and support kitchen operations across multiple school sites Lead, motivate, and develop onsite catering teams Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for students and staff Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards Provide hands-on cover and operational support where required Working Pattern Monday to Friday 45 hours per week 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks) Area Supporting sites across locations within the M25 What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef Background in education or contract catering preferred Strong leadership and organisational skills Flexible and able to travel between sites Good understanding of HACCP and food safety compliance What We Offer £35,000 salary Mileage expenses paid Term-time working with school holidays off A varied multi-site role with autonomy and responsibility Supportive and professional working environment
