Support Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We're looking for an innovative, passionate professional, whose values match the organisations, can think independently and is open to a coaching style of management, to join the Stroke Recovery Services based in West Norfolk. Position: S11305 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, West Norfolk. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings). Salary: Circa £27,400 per annum Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible working available) Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
