What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job its a place where you feel valued.

You will be expected to work at least one weekend per month, and cover some bank holidays (weekend & bank holiday shifts are 10am-6pm and will be shared fairly across the team) Flexible working and part time hours can be considered for the right candidate You will be based at out Lymington site, with regular travel to the site in Hythe and very occasional travel to other sites within Hampshire There will be some lone working, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings.
