Support Hub Administrator Opportunity! Full-time | Permanent
We are working with a well-established building services business to recruit a Support Hub Administrator to provide essential administrative support across operational teams. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting managers, supervisors, and engineers, with a strong focus on coordination and customer support.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, systems are kept up to date, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across multiple operational workstreams
* Process quotes and assist with planning reactive and scheduled works
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers via phone and email
* Manage shared inboxes and handle incoming enquiries
* Support scheduling of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Assist with purchasing materials and arranging plant hire
* Coordinate subcontractors as required
* Manage deliveries, including allocating and labelling equipment
* Support plant and equipment tracking, including asset management updates
* Assist with KPI tracking and reporting
* Process invoices and support purchase order reconciliation
* Review engineers’ timesheets for accuracy and completeness
* Maintain strong health and safety awareness in all activities
About You
Essential:
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Customer-focused approach
Desirable:
* Experience using SimPRO or similar operational systems
