About the role:

As a Support Worker, your role is to create a safe, warm, and caring environment. You will work as part of a team to provide support to adults with disabilities, complex needs, and mental health disorders, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your duties will include:

Working with a team to provide a safe, warm, and stable environment for service users. Managing challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately. Providing personal care as required. Promoting daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, and cleaning. Supporting social integration, self-reliance, and confidence. Assisting with individualised care plans. Keeping documentation and records up to date in line with organisational and CQC regulations.
