Support Worker Adults

We are recruiting experienced Care Workers and Support Workers to support individuals in regulated care environments across Hereford.

Assignments may involve supporting:
Children and young people (018 years)

Adults (1865 years)

Placements are matched according to your experience, suitability, and compliance clearance .
This opportunity is suited to care professionals who prefer structured placements, clear care plans, and continuity with the same service users , rather than short-term agency shift work.
Please note: we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect

Supporting daily living activities and promoting independence

Following individualised care plans and risk assessments

Maintaining clear and accurate care documentation

Supporting mobility, routines, and community access where required

Adhering to safeguarding procedures, infection control protocols, and health & safety standards

Requirements
Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Minimum 2 years UK care or support experience (domiciliary care, supported living, residential care or similar)

Experience supporting individuals in regulated care environments

Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

Clear spoken and written English

Ability to commit to agreed working patterns once placements are confirmed
