Support Worker - Female Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (paid Weekly or Monthly) Shift Pattern: Day shifts - Monday - Friday 10:00am - 17:00pm and Night shifts - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 20:00pm - 8:00am We have an exciting opportunity for someone to work supporting a child, he likes to be on his iPad and communicates with hand signs and eye signals, they live with their family in the New Malden area. The family do have a friendly large breed dog, so you will need to be comfortable around dogs. The young person does have complex needs as a result of a brain injury and spinal muscular atrophy.Their needs include requiring tracheostomy and ventilation to breathe, PEG tube for nutrition, and is a wheelchair user. We need people who are local to New Malden and know the area. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following: PEG Feeding - Desirable Non-speaking care - Desirable Ventilation and Tracheostomy Experience - Desirable
