SupportWorkerHomelessness Location:Halton-Widness&Runcorn PayRate:£13perhour Shifts:Days&nightsavailable ContractType:Temporary(withpotentialforongoingwork) AbouttheRole P4RecruitmentislookingforexperiencedandcompassionateSupportWorkerstoprovidetemporarywithinhostelsacrossLiverpool.Youwilldeliverahigh-quality,accommodation-basedserviceforindividualswithcomplexneeds,includinghomelessness,mentalhealthchallenges,andsubstancemisuse. KeyResponsibilities Carryoutriskassessmentsanddevelopeffectiveriskmanagementplans. Assessnewclientsforsuitabilityandprovidecrisissupportwhenneeded. Adviseonwelfarebenefits,housing,andhomelessnesslegislation. Developclient-ledsupportplanstohelpachieveshort-andlong-termgoals. Makereferralsandassistclientsinaccessinghealth,education,employment,andcommunityservices. Promoteresidentinvolvementanddeliverone-to-oneandgroupinterventions. Ensurecompliancewithsafeguarding,confidentiality,anddataprotectionprotocols. Maintainaccuraterecordsandsupportfacilitymanagement,includingsafetychecksandroominspections.
