Responsibilities
We are looking for a Support Worker to provide essential overnight support as waking night staff for a lady living in Flint. You will play a key role in ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night, while always promoting independence and dignity. You will work collaboratively with day staff to ensure continuity of care as she enjoys a variety of activities each week including pedal power, bowling, meeting friends in the pub, lunch out and coffee and cake at local cafes.
Requirements
Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However this role does require a female member of staff who is a driver.

Location and Travel
Please note you will work and attend meetings in Flintshire, with only very occasional travel to the office in St Asaph for training.
Hours and Pay
- Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification - £13.45
- For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification - £13.85
- For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification - £14.50
- Waking nights - £15.50
