Support Worker - Meds - Northallerton

Pay: £13.90 to £16.68 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker trained in administering medications to join the Newcross team in the Northallerton area. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference. What you'll do:

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.
