Support Worker Pay rate: £12.60- 14.50 per hour- Weekly or Monthly pay available
Shift pattern: 07.00am- 23.00pm day and 23.00pm- 07.00am sleep night
Hours: 36 hour per week
Requirement: must hold a full UK Driving licence and own transport due to nature of the role

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Penzance . This person has Autism, Prader Willi Syndrome and behaviours that may present as challenging.
We're looking for someone to come and get involved in wood working, the world of Harry Potter and not afraid to try horse riding. Like the gym? So does this gentleman, being active is really important to him. So you can enjoy day trips out and get to all these great activities we do require you to hold a f ull UK driving licence.
What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
Providing high-quality support
Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
What youll bring Were looking for people who already have experience in:
Autism
Prader Willi Syndrome
Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
Mental Health support
Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
