This isn't your average 9-to-5. You will be supporting pupils who face challenges with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your goal? To provide the stability and encouragement they need to succeed in their education.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

Providing 1-to-1 and small group support to pupils aged 11-16. Assisting the Class Teacher in managing classroom behaviour and engagement. Building strong, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma. Implementing de-escalation strategies and supporting emotional regulation. Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.What We're Looking For
