This post is offered as a fixed term contract until 03/08/2026 (or secondment for internal applicants) We are looking for someone t to join the Bristol Women’s Pathway (*women only) as a Project Worker. The service provides specialist safe spaces from abuse, exploitation or Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). In this role you will work across the Women’s Pathway in 3 semi-independent projects. Working as part of a dedicated team to provide a safe, high quality, positive and inclusive service to clients; by working with people to identify their personal aims and ambitions and providing practical and personal support in an approachable, caring, and person-centred way. You will work independently at times and be comfortable as a lone worker. In this role you will work on a shift rota including mornings, evenings and weekends. In some of these role’s staff can claim an additional 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
