Highbridge Resourcing are a social care agency and we are recruiting a level 3 qualified Support Worker to work with a young person on a 2 to 1 care package based in Weston Super Mare. The young person is female and has complex mental health needs. The support worker role is available on a long term contract basis and requires commitment and stability to enable relationships to form. As a support worker, you will be supporting a young person on a 2 to 1 basis, working as part of a wider team, you will support the young person with the following; Relationship with family, peers, neighbours, staff and other professionals. Personal and domestic hygiene. Budgeting. Physical, mental and emotional health. Training/education/employment/recreation. The service supports young people age 16 years plus that require 24 hour independent living support. The shifts that will be required to be covered are: 24 hour shifts (0800-2300 plus a sleep in) waking night 2200-0800 day shifts 0800-2200 You can choose how many hours a week you would like to work as part time and full time work is available.
