As a support worker within the out of hours team, you will be on hand via the telephone to best support our colleagues working in our supported housing services. Youll be jumping into action with your experience and expertise, helping colleagues / customers who need us the most. Day in the life of a lead support worker You will work across the hotspot evenings and weekends. Days may vary from week to week and will work on a rota basis.

You will have a reactive role and no two shifts will be the same. This role will have variety.

You will support via the telephone anything from staff unable to attend their shift (and sourcing temp cover), responding to repairs, health and safety incidents, emergency bed move ins, and even responding to customer safeguarding alerts.
