Salary: £22,932 per annum (based on 35 hours per week)
Contract: Full time and part time positions available

Oaklea's Adult Care Home in Pelton, provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate members of the team, you'll be more than a helping hand you'll be a source of encouragement, positivity, and drive.
Support Worker - About the role:

You will be required to work closely with a small team. You must be confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you.
Working hours will include days, nights and weekends - examples of support sessions are: (8am - 10.00pm/ 8.00am-3.00pm/ 3.00pm - 10.00pm/ 9.30pm - 8.00am)
