Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for Ad-Hoc Support Workers to join a Care Service based in Winsford.

Key Duties:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support

*

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care

*

Support individuals to maintain independence and dignity

*

Encourage engagement in meaningful activities

*

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals

Requirements:

*

Experience supporting people with dementia and/or learning disabilities (preferred)

*

A compassionate, patient and reliable approach

*

Ability to work flexible shifts

*

Good communication and teamwork skills

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Shifts:

* 8am – 3pm

* 3pm-10pm

* 10pm – 8am

* 8am – 8pm

* 10am-10pm
