Sounds great, what will I be doing?
To provide a high quality, person-centred and recovery focused support service to all clients. To oversee the development, implementation and review of comprehensive, user-led assessments, support plans and safety plans in partnership with service users. To work as a team with other Support Workers to deliver appropriate support at each stage of service users' recovery.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.
Here's what the team will be looking for
We are looking for someone who has prior experience supporting people with ill mental health for a prolonged period of time who can demonstrate they have the empathy for service users and desire to understand what need for their own recovery process. You will need to have good item and documenting skills be able to deal with moments of crisis and be the support that our service users need during that time. You should be able to clearly demonstrate experience de-escalation of highly emotional situations with people presenting challenging behaviour.
Alongside this we look for people who are respectful and willing to learn and grow.

- Face to face interview: Now you will have face to face interview with the hiring manager. Our interviews are value and competency based.
