Job Title: Support Worker - Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, Drug & Alcohol Support

Location: Fishponds, Kingswood, Hanham, Staple Hill (Bristol area)

Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals with mental health needs, learning difficulties, and substance misuse challenges. This role involves promoting independence, administering medication promptly, and ensuring the well-being of service users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and drug/alcohol dependency.
Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns promptly.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.
Optional sleep-in shifts as required.Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
Previous experience in mental health, learning difficulties, or substance misuse support preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to service needs.
