We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Rixton, Warrington , to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support.
Job Role
Our Rixton home is set in a beautiful farmhouse on the rural outskirts of Warrington. Surrounded by scenic countryside yet still within reach of the town centre, the home offers a calm, spacious environment where the people we support can feel safe and settled and achieve their own individual outcomes.
The individuals living here are very active and thrive when spending time outdoors. They enjoy hikes, walks, and almost any activity that lets them explore nature, so our support focuses on helping them stay active, engaged, and enjoying the routines they love.
As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of their day-to-day support team, actively valuing and amplifying what matters to them, empowering their communication and independence, planning fulfilling activities. You will also keep records of their needs, support provided and progress.
You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs.
