You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs — helping them live their best lives with confidence, choice, and independence.No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your values — empathy, kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.Shift Patterns & Working HoursWe offer both full-time and part-time roles, with a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles: Day shifts Night shifts Sleep-in shifts Waking night shifts You'll be expected to work every other weekend, with rotas planned in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.What Will Your Day Look Like?This is a varied and meaningful role.
