Position: School Support Worker

Location: Ware

Pay: £460 - £500 per week

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Your responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Help students access the curriculum and engage with learning
* Support behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider professionals

The ideal Support Worker will have:

* A patient, caring, and resilient approach
* Experience as a Support Worker, or within SEN or care-based settings (desirable but not essential)
* A genuine passion for education and training and supporting children.
