Experienced Support Worker
Bromley
£25,845 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200pa complexity payment
Full-time hours available
Our service in Bromley supports one adult male. His hobbies and interests include watching football, wrestling and playing golf. He enjoys socializing and eating out.
He has complex needs and does not communicate verbally so he can find some situations challenging. He is looking for a kind, patient and compassionate person to support him to try new things and achieve his goals.
As part of the interview process a meet-and-greet will be arranged for you and the individual.
We are looking for a Support Worker with:
Experience and confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in accordance with the PWS’s support plan.
Proficiency in Sign Language is essential to support the PWS’s communication needs.
Resilience: the ability to provide consistent, high-quality support in a 1:1 setting.
Shift patterns include 1:1 support during the day and sleep ins from 11pm to 8am.

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
