Youll be working 40hours a week (including days, nights & weekend shifts, and some bank holidays),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Toller Road.

Toller Road is an 8-bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs. We can also provide specialist nursing care, with support tailored to individual needs.

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
Assist with medical & welfare needs
Report on medical & welfare needs as required
Safeguard
Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
