We are looking for a Support Worker to work within a our Domiciliary Care Service in the SA15 area. Due to the requirements of this role, we require Male applicants at this location. You do not need experience, just enthusiasm and compassion to support vulnerable adults in the community. Nothing compares to the feeling that comes from knowing that you have made a difference to someone elses life especially when that someone is a vulnerable adult. Responsibilities: As a community based care worker you will provide essential care and support for people who live in their own homes. This support is built around peoples needs and routines to help them remain in their own home in a safe and supported way. Helping people stay connected with their communities is one of the most important aspects of this service. You will become part of our incredible team, helping to deliver emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults and transforming their lives on a daily basis. You will be involved in providing quality care to vulnerable adults in the community, you will ensure the highest quality of care is provided to the people supported through their person-centered care plans.
