In this role you will participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events.
