Whoare welookingfor:
Kind and compassionateindividuals, who showagenuine interest and commitment to caring for people withlearning/physical disabilities/mental health issues.
Dynamicand passionateindividualswilling to helpthe people we supporttolead fulfilled livesto a high standard of carewithin one of our vibrantschemes.
Experienceas asupport worker, carer, or healthcare assistantpreferredbut not essentialasfulltrainingandguidanceis supplied.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, withthe ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full driving licence desirable but not essential.

Whatwill yoube doing:
Youllbe workingas part ofa warm friendly team,based within one of ourschemesassistingthe people we supportin a homely environment.
Supplying24/7 care on a rolling rota - covering early, late, wake nightsand weekend shifts.
Playinga pivotal role in an individuals care team, supporting them to maximise independence, and giving them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.
Helpingindividualsparticipatein social and recreational community-based activities.
Supportingindividuals intheir daily activities,accompanyingthem to appointments and outings.
Ensuringall records are up-to-date andaccurate.?Monitoringand reportingchanges in behaviour or health status.
Helping tomaintaina safe and clean environment for individuals.
