We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Tyldesley, Manchester,?to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support. Job Role Wareing is one of our new purpose built, homely, spacious and specialist homes in South Manchester, supporting 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes. As part of a support team you will be responsible for supporting people to move into their new home. You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges. As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of their day-to-day support team, actively valuing and amplifying what matters to them, empowering their communication and independence, planning fulfilling activities.
