The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic permanent role for a Supporter Acquisition Manager. This critical position focuses on driving growth and recruiting new supporters, with a key emphasis on expanding the digital acquisition stream. The ideal candidate will bring digital acquisition experience and a strong understanding of how to engage with diverse audiences

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to acquire new supporters
  • Grow the unrestricted fund through public fundraising campaigns and brand investments
  • Work closely with the Public Fundraising Officer to plan and deliver successful campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board and other internal teams
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the F2F Agency to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential supporters, with a focus on long-term relationships

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in supporter acquisition, with a strong track record of growth and success
  • Digital experience and understanding of how to engage with diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new supporters and growing unrestricted funds
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

 What’s on Offer:

Salary: £45,000- £48,000

2 days a week in their London office
